Nuvalo is an international leading staffing company with over 20 years of experience. We are looking for a Company Manager to join Nuvalo team. The office is expected to open as soon as we find a suitable candidate.

Position Overview:

This is a multi-functional role. As the Company Manager you will act as a board member and will play a pivotal role in managing the office and supporting the smooth operation of our recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:

Financial oversight, strategic planing
Business development
Day-to-day activities of running the company
Provide employment guidance to local workers for job opportunities in Europe
Conduct market research
Post job advertisements, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
Handle employee information with honesty and integrity
Collaborate with Nuvalo’s other offices

Requirements:
Min 3 years of relevant experience
A Bachelor’s degree
Citizenship of the Republic of Moldova
Clean criminal record
Good English, Russian, and Romanian
 B cat. driver’s license
Availability for business travel locally and abroad
Strong computer skills
