Customer Sales Representative

At Ford Freight CO, we provide expert freight brokerage services across the U. S. and Canada. We're expanding and seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls – Engage potential clients and secure new business.
Email Campaigns – Manage outreach and follow-ups to convert leads.
Market Research & Prospecting – Identify high-value prospects in untapped markets.
Lead Qualification – Assess potential clients and pass strong leads to the sales team.
Collaboration with Operations – Work closely with our team to ensure smooth logistics execution.
Achieve & Exceed Targets – Consistently hit sales goals and contribute to company growth.

Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year experience in sales or U. S. logistics
Strong English skills (B2+) for professional communication
Excellent negotiation and client service skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Good time management and organization
