Provision of support services in implementing the Capacity Development Programme prepared by
the GIZ Project “Confidence Building Measures along the Dniester River”.

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a non-profit, non-governmental
organization/foundation/community-based organization/professional association/network in
Transnistria region, to prepare the baseline services for upcoming delivery of the Capacity Development
Programme (CDP) in homecare and assist in its organisation and support regionwide. The project represents a synergy effort to the EU’s General Programme (V) on Confidence Building
Measures and its Component 4 on Health Sector Modernization.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be
considered. Financial offers containing other currency than MDL (Moldovan Lei) will not be considered.
GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
